A little update: I just got back from a company BBQ which to my utmost surprise featured less than traditional company BBQ items. (Mind you, besides my cup of coffee this morning which ultimately wrote my exit ticket I haven’t consumed any food that didn’t consist of my 7 ingredients.)
At the BBQ I had a wonderful fresh garden salad with olive oil dressing, a seasoned mixture of sauteed red and green peppers and onions, a freshly baked dinner roll with butter on it and 3 slices of thinly cut prime rib with horseradish all over it. Then for desert I treated myself with a root beer float and a freshly baked chocolate chip desert bar.
